Recipe: Microwave Chocolate Brownies

在家里但是又想吃到 Chocolate Brownies?
Stay at home but craving for chocolate brownies?

现在只需要用一些用具和材料就可以了
Don't panic! Only few items and ingredients you need to make it!

首先你需要一个微波炉
First, you need a MICROWAVE oven

 然后你需要一个 陶瓷Mug
Then you need a MUG

其实我在网上看到的，不过我有Edit一点

I get the original recipe online, but I edited it become my way

个人觉得用 Cake Flour 会比较好吃，不过我看网上的是用 multipurpose flour, 但是我建议你们用 cake flour 哦

Personally I feel cake flour works better than multipurpose flour, so I recommend you all to replace multipurpose flour into cake flour

再搅拌的时候我觉得太干了，所以我加了一个蛋

When I mixing the batter, I feel it was too dry lehhh.. So I added an egg inside.

用什么搅拌才会均匀? 你可以去DAISO 买一个小小的搅拌机哦

what to do for the even mixing? You can get mini mixer from DAISO

搅拌好了就可以放进微波炉了哦,

After that, put the mug into microwave oven 

Micro status> 1 minute > start

由于我们用不同的杯子和不同的微波炉，如果你可以更改你的时间

We are using different mug and microwave, you can change the cooking time.

加上一个雪糕就完美了，可惜我没有 香草雪糕 T.T

A scoop of ice cream makes the brownies perfect, but I dont have vanilla flavor ice cream T.T
